For more than 30 years Mr. Fisher has been lighting Broadway and off-Broadway shows, as well as film, ballet, opera, television and rock-and-roll concert tours. He has received 22 Tony nominations and won 8 Tony awards for Lighting Design, a record in this category.

Paul Marantz IES FIALD LC
Founder/Consulting Design Principal
With training in architecture, architectural lighting, and industrial design, Mr. Marantz is an internationally recognized leader in the lighting industry. Throughout his career he has been involved in many facets of lighting research and the development of new lighting technology.

Charles G. Stone II IALD IPP 2004-5 ELDA IES LC
President
Mr. Stone's twenty six years of experience encompass both architectural and theatrical projects, including award winning lighting for projects ranging from concert halls to transportation centers. He is a frequent lecturer at University programs and professional conferences around the world.

Hank Forrest IALD IES LC LEED-AP
Senior Associate Principal
Mr. Forrest lighting experience runs the gamut from libraries, museums, historic renovations, casinos, and residences to the Washington Monument. Before joining FMS, he worked as a lighting and technical consultant to photographers throughout North America.

Joseph Mastellone
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Mastellone is a graduate of Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey. Before joining FMS he worked for eleven years in a public accounting firm. At FMS he provides internal financial management for all projects. He is our Quality Management Representative and is ISO 9001 trained.

Zack Zanolli IES USA
Associate Principal
Mr. Zanolli returned to FMS in 2003 after a fourteen-year tenure as Lighting Director at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. At the MET, he designed the lighting for over two hundred exhibits which included sensitive materials ranging from 4000-year-old Egyptian textiles to extremely light-sensitive contemporary photographs.

Enrique Garcia Carrera Associate IALD IES
Associate Principal
Mr. Garcia Carrera's professional experience encompasses fifteen years as a lighting designer in New York and Mexico City. His projects include airports, transportation centers, museums, corporate headquarters and performing arts centers. He won an IALD Awards of Excellence for his work on Chek Lap Kok Airport, Hong Kong and Korea Development Bank, Seoul.

Margo Wiltshire Associate IALD IES LC LEED AP
Associate Principal
Ms. Wiltshire received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Cincinnati. Her portfolio ranges from extensive residential work to complex civic developments.

Michael Hemmenway
Associate
Mr. Hemmenway comes to FMS with a background in theatrical lighting and set design, architecture and photography. Michael received a Bachelor in Fine Arts in theatrical design from Ithaca College.

Vadim Ternovski
IT Manager
Mr. Ternovski is an Information Technology professional with over eight years of experience. He received his Bachelor of Science from Pace University and brought a unique combination of educational background, leadership and management expertise within technology-driven industries.
