Construction Documentation
Construction (Tender) Documents require the preparation of final detail drawings and fixture specifications to provide the necessary information to coordinate the proper installation and operation of the lighting systems we design. Our quality control strategy requires that a Principal or Associate review each outgoing document and specification to ensure that our work is as accurate and consistent as possible.
Construction Administration
During construction administration we coordinate the final implementation of the lighting design details. We assist the client, architect and general contractor in evaluating qualified bidders, review all shop drawings for design intent conformance, visit the job site to inspect the installation, supervise the aiming and adjustment of the fixtures, and prepare punch lists to complete our services for a successful project.
