Schematic Design and Design Development
We constantly seek feedback not only from the architect and client, but also from all levels of our professional staff. Our active and collaborative involvement in the design process draws on the extensive experience of all our designers and principals, and greatly benefits from the wide breadth of projects in development throughout the studio at any given time. Our design development efforts may include equipment specification, sketches and renderings, daylight design, model studies, illumination calculations, energy use analysis, maintenance strategies, and budget development.
